IAM meditation course on Friday May 5 and Saturday May 6


The IAM® (Integral Amrita Meditation technique) was born out of Amma’s deep desire to help us grow. IAM is rooted in the rich wisdom tradition of ancient India. It includes a number of simple yoga and relaxation exercises and a guided meditation.

Amma first transmitted the IAM technique to her closest disciples in 2003. Currently, the technique is being taught around the world by specially trained teachers. IAM is tailored to today’s times. The technique is simple and easy to learn.

Moreover, IAM meditation takes little time: 35 minutes a day. However, the effect is great. Daily practice of IAM brings you inner peace and balance.


Practical information

Please wear comfortable clothing in which your belly has space. Warm socks and a blanket or poncho may be nice for the lying down relaxation moments. Please bring your own yoga mat and meditation cushion.. We will be mostly hands-on with yoga and meditation. Pen and paper may be fine for short notes.
The course will be given in English.


We ask for an expense allowance of €65. This includes coffee and tea, soup and bread on Friday and Saturday afternoon.
