IAM Meditation Course – Friday evening 29th & Saturday 30th of may

The IAM® (Integrated Amrita Meditation technique) was born from Amma’s deep desire to help us grow. IAM is rooted in the rich spiritual traditions of ancient India. It includes a series of simple yoga and relaxation exercises, followed by a guided meditation.
Amma first taught the IAM technique to her close disciples in 2003. Today, the technique is taught all over the world by specially trained teachers. IAM is specifically tailored to modern life; the technique is simple and easy to learn.
Furthermore, IAM meditation requires very little time: just 35 minutes a day. However, the impact is significant. Daily practice of IAM brings inner peace and balance.
